SG Walking Club

Strong Girls is about mental strength as much as physical strength. What better way to work on both by walking together, to move our bodies and offload our minds. 

For our first walk of the year we are starting local at Beckenham Place Park. Throughout the year we will branch out and explore together. Please let us know if you have any ideas of routes or locations.

As always, there will be the option to get food together after our walk. If the weather is really bad we may reschedule, but sometimes walking in the rain is therapeutic! 

Come on your own and make new friends, or bring your friends and join our Strong Girls community.
