STRONG GIRLS ASSEMBLE.

This 2 hour Muay Thai workshop is open to all levels, no experience needed. It’s led by former European Muay Thai champion Daniel Terry and is all about learning the basics in the most fun, supportive environment.

You’ll learn simple Muay Thai techniques like punches, knees, and elbows with a focus on good form, safety and building confidence.

Whether you’re trying Muay Thai for the first time, want to move your body, or just do something different this session is a great way to challenge yourself and have fun with Strong Girls.
